- Attribution window: 90 days from first landing. Last non-empty code wins if the lead visits multiple partner links.
- Qualified referral: a new lead who signs a scoped engagement. Existing pipeline and repeat clients are excluded.
- Payout: once per calendar month, min €50 balance. Digital assets, Wise, or bank transfer.
- Prohibited: paid search on brand terms, spam, misleading claims about the product, cookie stuffing.
- Termination: either side, any time, in writing. Earned commissions honored to the last close.
- Formalization: a short partner agreement is countersigned at first payout — no bureaucracy up-front.
