You already know what you want — or at least what you don't. You've just never given yourself the permission, the runway, or the tools to build it seriously.
That's where I come in.
The riskier thing was staying.
You don't need another course, another framework, another five-day sprint. You need someone to sit across from you and take your real ambition seriously.
A structured coaching engagement, honest constraints, and — when it fits — an agentic AI back-office built on the same stack I use in my own ventures.
What you actually want, what you actually have, and what you'll actually protect. Not a vision board — a working document your future decisions will pass through.
The offer, the pricing, the delivery mechanic — pressure-tested against your finances, your family, and your appetite for risk. No copy-paste playbook.
Small, deliberate moves that give you real market signal fast. You'll know what you're moving toward before you have to move.
If your play needs a back-office, we wire the Clow agent stack for it — marketing, finance, ops. Built to be owned, not rented. Optional. Only when it earns its keep.
Rules for saying yes and no that hold up when the good offers come back, the old identity tries to pull you home, and the market shifts under your feet.
He doesn't just talk about change — he lives it, with intellect, courage, and humility.— Laci Loew · Global HR Analyst & Consultant · Harvard Business Review Advisory Council
For a decade I've done the same job under different job titles: bridge deep tech and real businesses. EMEA Data Centers program manager at Google. IT business developer at Minc in Malmö — the accelerator that first brought me to Sweden. Board advisor at the Africa Blockchain Institute. Freelance market & innovation consultant at EUSPA, sitting on the CASSINI jury and coaching space and deep-tech founders. Today, Business Innovation Manager at GeoVille, working ESA-funded Earth Observation programmes on AI, GeoAI, and LLM-enabled geospatial intelligence.
Every one of those projects was good work. And every one of them built value on somebody else's balance sheet. I kept telling myself the next role, the next mandate, the next mentor gig would be where I finally packaged what I know into something I own. It didn't happen — because the world I was helping build didn't leave room for it.
Then AI arrived, and the honest question became impossible to duck: do I want to spend the next ten years operating someone else's stack — or building the one I'd want to have?
So I started building. Clow for agentic operational leverage. ProductizeYou for the consulting-to-product playbook. QDefense for post-quantum + smart-contract audits. TokenizLand to bring ownership rails to Rwandan land. 2030 GeoSim to stress-test the next decade as a complex adaptive system. GeoPol Intel for geopolitical briefs that move before the newswire. Aethelred as a strategy-and-philosophy advisor agent. WanderSync. SkatteForge — local-first, privacy-first Swedish tax filing. MetabolicOS + Elara Mindful AI in private build. Each is a bet on the same thesis, in the technologies I know best — AI, blockchain, quantum, XR, Earth Observation. And Desired Solutions is where I sit with people who are where I was and help them get the runway I had to invent on my own.
Hopelessly curious. Fluent in French, English, and Swedish. Fell into blockchain in the early days, stayed for the philosophy. Man of many hats.
I'm still in the middle of the experiment. That's exactly why the work lands.
What an experience. I'm so grateful — and to myself for deciding to do this.— A recent client · Strategy Sprint, 2026
